Project SHARE’s Christmas Program provides a holiday meal in the form of a grocery gift card and gifts for children 17 and under to residents of Niagara Falls who are living below the poverty line as defined by Statistics Canada. This program is in addition to our ongoing emergency food program and is supported by the generosity of community donors. While we do our best to meet children’s wish lists, including this information below is not a guarantee these items will be provided as we rely on donations to support an estimated 6,000 people.
If you have not provided verification of household’s income, Niagara Falls address and/or ID for all permanent household members within the last 6 months, an email or call will be sent requesting this information to determine your eligibility for the program.
For families with children aged 17 and under, please fill the form below to register online. Once your application is approved, a member of our team will email you the specific day and time of your Christmas assistance pick up.
In-person registration begins Friday, November 1st to Tuesday, December 24th, when you are in for any regular service provided at Project SHARE. You will receive your Christmas assistance at time of registration.
Project SHARE works with fellow community Christmas Programs including The Salvation Army to help as many families as possible, and we ask that you only register to receive assistance from one community program.
