Christmas & Holiday Support

Bringing joy to 6,700 people every year.

The holidays should feel magical for every child and family in our community — not like a reminder of hardship. Each year, our Holiday Program wraps gifts, fills tables, and restores hope for thousands of Niagara Falls residents who need it most.

Thanks to the generosity of our donors and volunteers, families receive food hampers and gifts that make the season a little brighter. Every donation to the Great Holiday Food SHARE goes directly to families in our community.

Back to School Program

Every child deserves a great start.

A new school year brings excitement- but for many families, it also brings financial stress. Project SHARE's Back to School Program supports children ages 3–17 by providing a new backpack, sneakers, healthy snacks, and additional school supplies based on available donations. While the contents may vary, our goal is to help every participating child walk into school feeling confident, included, and ready to learn.

No child should feel different because their family is facing financial hardship. With the support of our generous community, we help ease back-to-school expenses so parents can focus on the moments that matter most.

Community Gardens

160 plots. 2 sites. Thousands of meals grown.

There's something powerful about growing your own food. Our Community Gardens program gives Niagara Falls residents more than just a plot of land — it gives them skills, confidence, and the ability to nourish their own families with fresh, healthy produce.

Project SHARE coordinates 160 garden plots across 2 community sites, providing hands-on education in gardening and food growing. Surplus harvest goes directly to our food bank shelves, meaning every garden bed feeds our community twice.
