Since September 2024, we've moved to a scheduled appointment system — meaning shorter wait times, more personalized service, and a better experience for every client.
Eligibility
If you live in Niagara Falls and are in need, you're welcome here — it's that simple. We'll ask for ID for all household members and proof of local residency to get you set up.
What to Bring
- Identification for all household members
- Proof of Niagara Falls residency (rental agreement, mortgage statement, utility bill, etc.)
