Project SHARE supports individuals and families in Niagara Falls who are at risk of losing their housing. Our team works with tenants and landlords to find solutions that keep people safely housed.
Know Your Rights as a Tenant
The Niagara Community Legal Clinic can answer legal questions for low-income households, including evictions, conflicts, and maintenance issues. Accepts phone calls only.

For community housing programs, you will need to be added to the Centralized Waiting List. Applications are now completed and submitted online.

Identification
The Niagara Falls Community Health Centre has a Birth Certificate Clinic operating 1–4pm on Fridays at 4790 Victoria Avenue (beside the Public Library). First-come, first-serve — no appointments needed.

Income Verification
If you cannot provide verification of your monthly income, you can provide a Notice of Assessment from the CRA. For help accessing your CRA account, contact MP Tony Baldinelli's office: 905-353-9590.
Are You a Youth (16–24 years old)?
The RAFT can assist youths at-risk of, or experiencing homelessness. They offer shelter, outreach services, and summer/afterschool programming.
